Do I need an account?

No account is needed for Quick Transfer. An account is only required for your private Vault.

How long are files available?

A Transfer session lasts 10 minutes from creation. Vault files can remain for up to 24 hours.

What are the file limits?

Each upload can be up to 100 MB. An account can hold up to 250 MB of active files in its Vault.

Can I use DropHop on a shared computer?

Yes. Quick Transfer lets you move a file without signing into your email, messaging or cloud-storage accounts on that computer.
